Accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, le logement est parfait . Grande chambre, Clim,cuisine et salle de bains indépendante. Nous étions avec des amis qui étaient dans l’autre maisonnette . Barbecue à notre disposition entre les2 maisons. L’environnement est calme .

We had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous homey retreat in the hills. Kristina went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations as my partner was working and wifi on the island is touch and go. She supported us with a long list of options, and was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Their gorgeous doggos made the stay all the more special, but nothing can really top just how incredible the house itself is. They’ll remind you that you can’t miss the sunsets and really, the best spot on the island to watch the entirety of the colours change the sky. We did experience a number of brown outs but that went beyond their control, and added to our peaceful disconnect. They had solar lamps and candles, but to know in case that would be an issue for you. Overall the most incredible stay and we can’t wait to return.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this fully furnished home. The location was ideal—peaceful and safe. The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected and even get some remote work done during our trip. The host was outstanding—super friendly, welcoming, and an excellent communicator. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay in Dumaguete. We’ll definitely be back!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful.If you have kids there is a huge yard to play in and a pool.The accommodation is like new and spotless. Has 3 split a/c units,one in each room,you will not be hot.The kitchenette was very useful and has a big fridge/freezer.The Dauin market is only a couple k's away.Handy if you have a scooter ,the hosts can help with that.Diving is nearby.

The best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. No joke! The place was beautiful, the location was private and quiet. the neighbors were very friendly and respectful, the host responded quickly and was able to help us troubleshoot issues. this place exceeded my expectations by far and the price was more than fair. I plan on booking this place again when I return.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's not in a busy area, which many people will like. There is a beach opposite and am excellent cafe within walking distance. The host was very helpful.

The place is big and clean. Ac is cold and wifi is stable. Host and caretakers are very responsive and helpful - reliable in asking for directions and help. There’s a restaurant within the area. It’s close to the falls but far from the usual beaches and food spots. Overall, great stay!

Absolutely stunning oceanside property; It has a private access to the ocean! I enjoyed spending time swimming with complete privacy. Just a tip getting to the place for the first time: Arrive during broad daylight as the roads can get very tricky. Overall, it’s all worth it!

Je suis très heureux de ce séjour. Linda a été parfaite du premier au dernier jour. Pas facile à trouver surtout quand on arrive de nuit. Mais pour le reste Linda a toujours été à l’écoute, réactive, prêt à m’aider ou me renseigner. Je recommande vivement pour les petits budget qui veulent être au cœur de San Juan

This beautiful and spacious house met all my expectations. Our group was 15 adults and one child and we stayed for two nights. The bedrooms had plenty of space for all of us. The living and dining areas are spacious and clean. All amenities and appliances listed were available and operational. Jose was very responsive and made me feel welcome. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff who got us acclimated and answered all our questions. The housekeeper lives just across the street and was available whenever we needed anything. The kitchen had a variety of snacks, drinks, cooking essentials available and anything you use can be paid for at checkout. Behind the house you'll find a dirty kitchen and grill as well as a patio complete with tables and chairs. I stayed in the smaller room with my wife and found plenty of space for our things. I love the curtains in the rooms to block the sunlight. We also love that's it's also a short walk to the beach. Love it!

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience overall. The place was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a separate bedroom and a kitchen—perfect for a longer stay. The location is also excellent: right in the heart of San Juan, within walking distance of many great restaurants. The shower had hot water but with low pressure, and we appreciated the comfort of the space. We also rented an NMAX scooter from Christine, which worked perfectly and was so convenient that we kept it even after our stay ended. A special shoutout to the staff—Claire and her relative were absolutely lovely. They were incredibly welcoming, always available when we needed anything, and made us feel right at home. We shared some really nice moments together! The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit unreliable, and mobile data didn’t work well in the area either.

This was my second time staying at Juvys place and this was once again an amazing experience. Thank for having me and can’t wait to stay once again.

Really clean and tidy room. Aircon is good for the Philippines. Nice area off the main road. Well located near the beach. Really kind and helpful staff who helped us with a lightbulb issue and also got us mosquito spray when requested. Only think worth noting is how loud the chickens and dogs nearby are. (Not the airbnbs fault, not their animals making noise). If you are comfortable using earphones then it will be no issue. Thanks for a lovely stay! We felt very welcome.

We had a great stay at Josephs place, beside the fact, that there were Long brownouts for the time we stayed. But thats not Josephs fault. He was very helpful to bring us small Generators, so we could have wifi and and a Fan at while there was no power. He also gave us bikes for free and drove us to the Port free of charge for our troubles. The property was very beautiful. The only Little downside was, that there were construction workers every day, so there was not us much privacy as hoped, they also started working early in the Morning. Otherwise we had a great stay beside the circumstances. Thanks for having us.

Wir waren im kleinen Guest House untergebracht, dies unterscheidet sich wahrscheinlich von diesem Inserat. Wunderschönes Haus mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, Ruhig gelegen. Sauberkeit Könnte allerdings verbessert werden. Haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.

Our stay at Mimi's Haven was wonderful. The host is very helpful and the place is very beautiful, in the middle of the nature. Who loves to stay far from the touristic places, enjoy the sound of the nature, see the stars, fell the harmony and the poetry and have an amazing view, as we do, it's the perfect place. There is a kitchen with the necessary to cook. A small garden to have a barbecue. The motorbike it's fundamental, you can rent it from them. Don't go too fast in the jumpy road, follow the rhythm of the local countryside, relax and enjoy the ride to all the beautiful places in the island. As someone else already wrote, don't forget to take care of the lovely dogs and cats :))
