My accommodation is located on Gairaut Hill, overlooking the city and the sea with exceptional views. The house has a large terrace, a nice garden and is close to the pool (communal) which is very quiet and not very busy. Art, culture, restaurants, local shops, all the pleasures of the French Riviera. You'll love my place because of its calm and refinement. A vehicle will be more convenient for visiting the surroundings.

Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. Hi guest, We rent a 33m2 studio in the municipality of Broc. The studio is located in our home. It has its own access and parking. The place is secure and quiet. You can walk to the Lac du Broc if desired. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed with a real 15cm mattress, wifi, TV and A/C. We provide the towels. The kitchen is equipped but we are attentive to your needs and can offer a baby bed.
