Independent studio located in our garden with a beautiful private terrace with sea view. Beautiful fully equipped studio, air-conditioned with Wi-Fi overlooking the pool and garden located on the heights of Saint-Denis, Colline des Camélias, 10 minutes from the city center and 10 km from the airport. The mezzanine bedroom with a low ceiling height (1.30 m) gives a cocooning appearance. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as the entire garden.

Clinging to the slope, the house opens onto an exceptional 180° sea view, its orientation shelters you from the wind and allows you to live outside all year round on the large veranda overlooking the pool deck. You'll love my place because of the exceptional views and the tranquility. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
