It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

Accommodation is nice in all seasons thanks to its view - an expanse of vines where the leaves change colors. Starting October 4, 2024, the common garden will be lawn-free for garden renewal. 1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, in this pretty little fully equipped studio (independent and autonomous entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linens, ideal for two people at the edge of the woods you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
