The place had a great view, all the necessities (kitchen, fridge, freezer, AC, good wifi, patio to sit outside, indoor gated parking). There is also a water tank if there is a cut in water. Contactless check in and host was very responsive on whats app. Location was just in front of casino gosier, within 15 min walk to everything including park, beach, groceries, restaurant. The appartment looks like the picture well renovated for guadeloupe. I would book again. Great stay

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

Our stay at this place was just perfect! The cottage is ideally located, offering both tranquility and proximity to points of interest. Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

We had a great stay, the place and the view are great 5 minutes from a very nice intimate beach… the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious… the terrace is large and very nice… we recommend this accommodation which has good services and is wonderfully located from the beach of Grande Anse and the beach of La Perle (beautiful)

Great stay! The house is impeccable, even prettier than in the photos. You shouldn't be afraid of the climb by car, but once up there you clearly feel like you're in a cocoon. The kitchen is impeccable, well-equipped. Cleaning products are available which makes the "turnkey" side easier. The living areas were very nice, bright and spacious. Our hosts: just adorable, very attentive and responsive. We highly recommend it!

We spent eight days with two adults and two children (10 and 13 years old) in the accommodation – and I have to say: The house was simply fantastically beautiful, we lacked nothing! From here you can easily reach all the beautiful beaches on Grande-Terre. The excursions that Marie offers together with her husband are also highly recommended. We did the tour to Îlet de Caret with a ride through the mangroves - from the first contact to the excursion itself, everything was perfectly organized. The house is excellently equipped, there is really nothing missing - and the pool is simply great! We can 100% recommend Marie and her accommodation!

We had a great time at Christelle and David's place. The place is very faithful to the photos and comments of the users (a real haven of peace to listen and observe the birds). The welcome was very warm and they are good advice for good deals! Thanks again to them for this start to our stay in Guadeloupe.

Small quiet nest, close to the beach, simple but effective, for family holidays

Super beautiful condo very clean and well decorated and functional , intimate and well-equipped, the beach nearby was perfect, the terrace was great , safe, the bus stop nearby , grocery store and restaurant not too far away as well as the marina , I also loved seeing the cruise ships arrive and leave; I would return without hesitation , I recommend
