We had a lovely stay in the accommodation whose decor is very sober and soothing. The environment is quiet, pleasant, green and unobstructed. The pool is clean and very comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Paradise stay, villa with amazing view. In the morning , opening the shutters gives you a feeling of well-being and serenity. Plage du Havre is a place: for surfing and a snorkeling spot, little sargasse thanks to the barrier reef. The pool is a real +++ . The advice of the catering the lucullus was very wise, same for other activities: excursions, car rental, caterer ,.. Ideal location: pharmacy , supermarket... Looking forward to going back.

We really enjoyed this rental. The accommodation is clean and convenient, linens , appliances and utensils are available and functional. The pool area is ideal, a courtyard with sunbeds and barbecue are available. Everything is well isolated so no worries when you have children. It is the ideal place to spend a moment in peace and private. Frantz is available if needed, while not being "visible" which gives the impression of being really private while being reassured by the fact that at the slightest need or at the slightest question he is there. I thank Frantz so much for the flexibility he allowed us on the day of departure when we had something unexpected.

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

Good place to explore the southern area of Grande-Terre. Everything you need is available.

Great stay! The house is impeccable, even prettier than in the photos. You shouldn't be afraid of the climb by car, but once up there you clearly feel like you're in a cocoon. The kitchen is impeccable, well-equipped. Cleaning products are available which makes the "turnkey" side easier. The living areas were very nice, bright and spacious. Our hosts: just adorable, very attentive and responsive. We highly recommend it!

Thank you Vanessa for the stay, for the welcome of your mom and the basket filled. The location in the middle of the deep sea roads is great for sailing everywhere. Thank you also for being able to find a solution for the internet. The small point less will be noise especially at night with the dog and frogs as I am not used to it.

Beautiful house, very well located, with a great view of the Gosier Island. Very convenient to shine around the island. Clean and very well appointed villa with many amenities especially for children (umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, beach toys) and the beach (mask, snorkel...). Pascale and Marjory are very friendly and responsive. It was a great stay 👌🏽

We had a very good stay, the accommodation is well-equipped (kitchen utensils to wash on arrival anyway) and complete. Clean overall and well located.

Car parking is on the street. There would be room to bring a small vehicle into the garden but there is a significant inconvenient step. The neighborhood is quiet but you would have the right to the roosters. Air conditioning appreciated and a welcome basket with a bottle of water.

Nice little house in the heart of the Gosier hotel district and close to the beaches. The space was clean and very functional. Fanny was very responsive, I would recommend.

Listing as described. Facilities have been set up to best address the various possible incidents on the island (water outage or electricity...). They were also very useful to us during our stay. Special mention to Gilberte who is a great person with whom we enjoyed connecting. For moments with family or friends with ease, this is the perfect place.

Perfect location for a holiday on Guadeloupe. Communication was fast and easy, the house itself was really nice to stay at and the location is great, right next to the water and in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to explore everything

we had a great time with 5 people at Synthia. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The accommodation is spacious and very well decorated. it is conveniently located to go around Guadeloupe. we recommend and will come back to Synthia without hesitating 😁

We stayed 14 days and loved it. Quiet location close to the marina where there is a multitude of restaurants, 6 minutes to Datcha beach and Friday night market! The pool with its layout was very pleasant after a day of sightseeing and beach and Chantal is very welcoming! We would recommend it without hesitation.
