I recommend this accommodation, the host was very kind.

Sinan was attentive, responded quickly, and was flexible. The house was clean and nice and lived up to the pictures. However, we missed having a larger grill, which would probably have improved the overall experience for us. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

We had a very nice time as a group! The accommodation is fantastically located - right on the beach, it doesn't get any better. Everything you need was available, and communication with the host was super friendly and uncomplicated. The apartment is a bit outdated, but everything was (relatively) clean and functional – absolutely sufficient for our stay. Perfect for those looking for a relaxing break in a prime location. Thank you – we will be happy to come back!

It was a wonderful stay! The house is wonderful and has all the facilities you need as a family! We had a great stay together with our three children. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful (clean and green) environment. Pool is gorgeous and heated! Parking in front of the door! Agde can be reached quickly! Frank has given us so many tips on what we can do nearby and how to reach the places! It was a great holiday with our 3 children where we felt completely at home! Highly recommended!

Very good stay, nice house and garden. Note as a point of improvement, the kitchen equipment is a bit fair , it was missing plates, wine glasses for a house presented for 9 people. There are 2 bedrooms in a row which was not specified in the listing and it would have been nice to have sponge, towel and shower gel in each bathroom.

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

we had a great stay at 24. what a beautiful quiet place, and close to the sea. we were able to party, because the place is not too close to other dwellings. the house is great, really very well done

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Everything was perfect, impeccable house with all the amenities needed very clean. Superb pool very well secured. The owners are very attentive and very responsive!! We spent 15 days in a very quiet haven of peace without any vis-à-vis. We will return with great pleasure!!!

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came on a weekend with friends. We had a great time. Great stay! There were 15 of us in the villa. The amenities worked great and the dwelling is spacious. Great hot tub! The villa has kept its promises, it is very secluded and therefore quite difficult to find the first time. Station at the mud path and follow the green path at the red house. There are two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs and big plancha that replace a barbecue very well. The outdoor space is large and the interior space also has plenty of dining table setup options. I highly recommend it! Be careful to anticipate the location of the garbage cans a little far away.

we came to spend a weekend with friends and everyone was delighted! a super nice and responsive host. she didn't hesitate to give us nice little places in the area for all kinds of activities. the house is sublime, faithful to the photos and in a super quiet area and close to everything. we would recommend this house with all my friends!

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

We had a wonderful family holiday at the house - perfect for all three generations! The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden was wonderfully cool even in the middle of the day and we loved the swimming pool! The location is great - peaceful but only 10 mins walk to the beach, shops and cafes. Nicholas was very helpful, friendly and excellent communication. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.
