Sinan was attentive, responded quickly, and was flexible. The house was clean and nice and lived up to the pictures. However, we missed having a larger grill, which would probably have improved the overall experience for us. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

Myriam is friendly, caring and very responsive. The accommodation she offers is better than in the photos and was perfect for our weekend in Agde!

Nice little house, very nice and clean, perfectly equipped and functional, quiet, 2 steps from the beach. Pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for our dog and the vehicle. Great stay with family. The place was very nice, spacious . The terrace with all outdoor furniture was available. Finally the best: access to the beach a few meters away, ideal! The location is great: quiet while being close to the center , the sea and the surroundings. Thanks for hosting us, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a wonderful family holiday at the house - perfect for all three generations! The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden was wonderfully cool even in the middle of the day and we loved the swimming pool! The location is great - peaceful but only 10 mins walk to the beach, shops and cafes. Nicholas was very helpful, friendly and excellent communication. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

Very good stay, nice house and garden. Note as a point of improvement, the kitchen equipment is a bit fair , it was missing plates, wine glasses for a house presented for 9 people. There are 2 bedrooms in a row which was not specified in the listing and it would have been nice to have sponge, towel and shower gel in each bathroom.

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Everything was perfect, impeccable house with all the amenities needed very clean. Superb pool very well secured. The owners are very attentive and very responsive!! We spent 15 days in a very quiet haven of peace without any vis-à-vis. We will return with great pleasure!!!

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. We had a great few days at Villa Vanille, the house worked very well for our group of 7, the pool was very welcome and the beach only a 10 minute walk away. Carine was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and went above and beyond - allowing us to arrive early and leave late and take us to the supermarket. She made us very welcome!

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the poolside for more than a few hours! :)) Beautiful house, beautiful area, kind and friendly service from Eva and her husband. Last weekend we enjoyed a wonderful stay in Saint-Thibery with a group of 11 ladies. We were warmly welcomed by Fabien, a wonderful host. He gave us a tour and indicated that we could contact him if we had any questions. When we had a question he was at the door within 20 minutes to help us. Furthermore, the house was fully equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the garden (and barn) also lacked nothing. Fabien thanks for the stay, your patience ;) and for providing a wonderful weekend. We wanted to enjoy a quiet family vacation with sea and pool, we loved staying at Patricia's villa. On the listing we liked it very much, on site it was even better! (NB: photo slideshow and listing text perfectly describe the place). The villa is very spacious inside and out, modern, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The pool exposure is ideal for enjoying hot water, preserved thanks to the roller shutter. The different terraces allow at all times to enjoy the sun or shade in different atmospheres. The sea and sandy beaches are a short walk away (5 to 10mn walk). The village with its market and all local shops a few steps away (15 to 20mn walk). We also appreciated the warm welcome and responsiveness of the host. So we give 5 stars without hesitation 👌

A very pleasant stay. The villa is as described with some very nice extra surprises. Ideally located 15 minutes' walk from the beach - very quiet area. The pool was great - the interior of the accommodation is clean and as described (a little bit of dishes are missing but nothing dramatic - not too much wifi in the house but that's the point of the vacation). Finally, a quick note for Caroline who was welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it.

Modern, spacious and perfectly equipped villa, views of the sea as in the photos! ideally located close to the city center, shops, luna park. Very nice welcome and superb stay, We would recommend without hesitation
