Our stay at «  charming house » was excellent. The property was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere. It is ideally located near several wonderful places to visit, making it convenient to explore the area. The host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay

Une maison magnifique dans un coin calme on se repose très bien en famille, Zakia une personne très gentil très attentionné ainsi que son mari l’accueil était magnifique, Je conseille cette maison à 100 % tant sur la propreté situation géographique et le calme en tout cas merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Moncef, la proximité avec la mer est très agréable! L’appartement est spacieux avec nos deux enfants. Petit coup de cœur pour les tortues du jardin, qui ont été très appréciées par les enfants.

Sidi Bou Said ist ein wunderschönes Künstlerdorf mit sehr netten Cafés . Die Wohnung liegt unterhalb des Dorfes am Strand. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein kleiner Aussenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Bester Orangensaft am Kiosk und Sami tip top als Vermieter.

Şahane bir 8 gün geçirdim her şey şahaneydi. Evdeki ikramlıklar evin temizliği her şey düşünülmüştü. Oldukça güvenliydi tek başına bir kadın olarak hiç tedirginlik yaşamadım. Ev sahiplerim Ali ve Rania çok ilgiliydiler. Konaklamam sonunda beni havaalanına bırakmak gibi bir incelikte bulundular. Umarım onlar da benden memnun kalmıştır.

Nous sommes revenus un an après et la maison est toujours aussi formidable. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur sont vraiment parfait. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil :)

I spend 10 weeks on the room in the house of Roua and I'm missing it since I left a few hours ago. Roua is a lovely woman and everytime you need her help she's there to help you. In this short time we became very good friends and I can't wait to come back! For everyone who works as a digital nomad: It's a little bit away from the tourists area, but really quiet. The wifi works very good and sometimes you have something like Coworking with Roua, when she's editing her music, video or photography. It's just 2 minutes away from the beach. Supermarkets, bakery, Cafés/Restaurants, Laundry and everything you need is just 5 minutes away. 5* for this AirBnB - I really recommend this one! I definitely come back!

The accommodation is really nice and well located just in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. However, the address is wrong and the place is 100 m away from the given location, which cause us problems upon arrival to find it as well as misleads about the location. The house is in a quiet street with a nice view over whole Tunis. You feel like being a host at the traditional family house, everything is very authentic and comfortable. The only trouble apart of wrong address is that there is another room in the house where I could hear some men and it isn't separated by lockable door from the flat, so I didn't feel very safe.

Excellent two room studio for your stay in Tunis. Kitchen is fully equipped (no oven). All has been newly renovated. The bathroom installation are in a very god state. Aziz and his cousin (the actual host) are extremely kind and will provide you with all the information needed and help you out if there is a problem. The studio is located in a calm an secure area of La Marsa. Taxis are easy to find at Ave Mohamed Ali (within a few min of walking). Highly recommended, also for long-term stay.

Issa est un hôte exceptionnel, au-delà de toutes nos attentes. Gentil, réactif, à l’écoute et profondément attentionné, il prend soin de ses voyageurs comme personne. Il a véritablement fait toute la différence dans notre séjour. Grâce à lui, tout a été fluide, agréable et humain. Je n’ai jamais rencontré quelqu’un d’aussi impliqué et bienveillant dans ce rôle. Un grand merci, Issa, pour ta générosité et ton professionnalisme hors pair.

Habiba ist ein toller Gastgeber, jede Zeit verfügbar wenn man sie braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und man möchte einfach nicht gehen. Es war sehr sauber und alles schien brandneu. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und versetzt Sie in eine entspannte Stimmung. Wir hatte einen wundervolle Aufenthalt dort und man möchte nur mehr bleiben. Vielen Dank für alles, Habiba, Sie sind der beste Gastgeber aller Zeiten. Wir kommen wieder zurück.

Muy bueno el lugar muy bueno el lugar, bien ubicado, sobre todo en el día. (considerar eso si que la calle y el edificio en la noche es un poco solitario y oscuro.) Tiene al lado supermercados, cafés, restaurantes y ATM. Recomendaría mandar las instrucciones de wifi por chat (clave y red)

La casa è un piccolo gioiello in un luogo magnifico.

Everything was great. Clear and easy instructions by Maxou to check in and find the place. Exactly like in the photos. Host always contactable prior to and during the stay to make sure everything is fine. Clean appartment with brilliant location so close to the beach and everything else one might need. Wi-Fi could be better but generally everything was great and I will definitely be booking it again next time I visit Tunis.

J’ai passé une excellente semaine, l’appartement est très beau et très propre. La résidence est sécurisé. C’était un très bon séjour. Les autres et l’agence on était très gentil.

Nous venons de passer un super séjour chez Oussama. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la médina …et bien plus . Oussama est une personne très attentionnée, réactive, cultivée , dynamique et très intéressante . Son hébergement est magnifique et paisible et l’accueil chaleureux et au top. Notre séjour était bien trop court …Nous recommandons à 100 % ! Éric et Sonia (Vannes - France)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! M. Rhida hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und uns mit allen Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Damen, die das Haus so perfekt betreuen bereiten ein reichhaltiges Buffet-Frühstück. Nette Dachterasse. Das DarYa liegt in einem angenehmen Teil der Medina, viele kleine Restaurants u Imbisse, wo auch Tunesische Gäste unterwegs sind, auch am Abend. Gutes, sicheres Gefühl. Ich empfehle das Haus und seine freundlichen Menschen ohne Einschränkung! Großes Danke ☺️

Enjoyable Stay. Highly recommended! A beautiful historic house with a touch of art in each corner. Marouane welcomed us in and carried the heavy bag upstairs, he was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. His wife, Shiraz, is lovely as well and checked on us daily. The 2 ladies who work there, Sonya and Sumaya, were wonderful and super friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, fresh, and diverse. In addition, they are happy to accommodate any particular request in terms of drinks, food, and room service. We also had the chance to meet some lovely people (residents) during breakfast. Location is walking distance to some tourist attractions like the traditional market (Souq El Medina), Dar El Jeld restaurant and spa, Kasbah square, Bab El Bhar and Habib Bourgiba avenue.

Excellent séjour chez Sayida et Tarek !! Nous sommes arrivés assez tard au port de Tunis et Sayida nous a attendu avec un délicieux couscous maison ❤️ Tarek et Sayida ont pris le temps d’échanger avec nous et nous ont donné plein de conseils pour profiter de notre séjour ce qui en a fait une expérience inoubliable et authentique ! La chambre est super confortable, les petits dej maison plein de détails et la maison est vraiment une belle maison typique en pleine Medina ! Merci pour votre super accueil, nous recommandons +++

Un lieu charmant et insolite à deux pas du village de Sidi Bou Saïd. On est dans un authentique palais de quatre siècles. C'est très beau, surprenant. Le parc dominant la région est superbe: vue sur les environs, la mer. Litterie très confortable, salle de bain immense, très belle. Très belle découverte donc.

There was a unique atmosphere at Potas house. It was greatly antiquated and felt raw, but at the same time comfortable and safe. A good combo in my opinion. Hassen (the local caretaker) was key in making me feel safe and secure in the Medina. He’s was also quite entertaining!

An amazing stay. Hatem was very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. I booked my first three nights with him and then returned for my last 3 nights before leaving the country. He showed me some beautiful places that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. We shared some meals together and had refreshing conversations about the country, politics, history, architecture, etc. I had the opportunity to meet his family and share a traditional meal with them during my stay as well. I am always very grateful for these experiences on my travels. It felt like being at home. The location is walkable to many beautiful sites, good food and the souks. I even walked to the Bardo museum and his location is only 5-10 mins walking to the louage station (gare nord). Hatem was always available for communication and very flexible with my arrival/departure times. A wonderful home, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, highly recommend!
