Loue un studio entièrement rénové ( 25m²) dans le bâtiment du Grand Pavois situé aux pieds des pistes de la station de St Jean Montclar à 2h de Marseille. Le logement contient un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et le domaine skiable. Le logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les familles. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. LES DRAPS NE SONT PAS FOURNIS. Le ménage doit être fait par le locataire( 40 Euros si ce n'est pas fait correctement).

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Cette maison de vacances se situe à 15 min de Barcelonnette et de la station de ski St Jean Montclar les deux vallées. A proximité du logement se situe : de nombreuses randonnées, des baignades dans le lac du village ou à quelques km dans le lac de Serre Ponçon, des sports d'eaux vives et des stations de ski où les télésièges sont ouverts aux piétons et aux VTT ou aux skieurs.
