Charming little stone house, in a village in the heart of the countryside and on the edge of the forest. Come and recharge your batteries just 1 hour from Paris and 40 minutes from Fontainebleau. The house includes an entrance leading to a living room with TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, TV) on the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a TV as well as a bathroom with toilet. Small outdoor area with deckchair and table to enjoy during lunches.

Colombier converted into a duplex studio located inside a seventeenth century property of nearly 2 hectares in the very heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 rooms in duplex of 18m2: on the 1st, living room with a fitted kitchen, table, sofa, TV; on the floor bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to a part of the park on the property with a relaxation area set up for eating and lounging.

Private studio in the countryside

We offer an independent 18 m2 studio, located in the courtyard of our main house, in the small, very quiet country village of Guillerval. Our studio is located 500 m from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. CHECK-IN: FROM 4pm TO 8pm. CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11am If you'd like to check in before or check out after these times, please let us know and we'll see if it's possible.

Farmhouse accommodation

The accommodation is a ground floor apartment in my house with a separate entrance and is located in a small village 14 km from Pithiviers and 70 km from Paris. You will appreciate it for the large comfortable bed (160 x 200), the living room with fully equipped kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and bathtub. It is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
