La villa Morel est située dans un quartier résidentiel sûr et silencieux, tout entouré d’une nature caribéenne splendide. Dans la villa se trouve une piscine privée accompagnée d’hamacs, d’un trampoline et d’une douche extérieure. Juste devant la piscine, il y a une très grande terrasse très bien ventilée et dans l’ombre (de 130 mètres carré) avec une salle a manger qui donne vue sur l’océan, la plage, la piscine et le jardin.
