La villa Morel est située dans un quartier résidentiel sûr et silencieux, tout entouré d’une nature caribéenne splendide. Juste devant la piscine, il y a une très grande terrasse très bien ventilée et dans l’ombre (de 130 mètres carré) avec une salle a manger qui donne vue sur l’océan, la plage, la piscine et le jardin.
