Apartment in the heart of Le Panier, it offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the roofs, the Major and the sea, which you can explore while sipping a drink on its terrace. From the mezzanine you can fall asleep while contemplating the breathtaking view of the Old Port and the Bonne Mère The apartment is quiet (pedestrian street), bright and fully equipped (washing machine, air conditioning, coffee machine, Wifi...) This place isn't suitable for people with limited mobility (no elevator)

Cross a listed courtyard with a stone fountain before reaching the apartment, tucked under the roof on the 3rd and top floor of a 500-year-old historic building. Please note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep on the last two floors, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The flat is located on a second floor (without elevator) in a friendly en central neighbourhood, just 10mn walking from the Mucem, 5mn from Le Panier and 1mn from the port. It is very safe, typically Marseillaise area in one of the best part of Marseille where you can enjoy a stroll or a drink at the many terraces bars nearby. La Cannebière is within walking distance, where you can find many shops and boutiques. You will also find many restaurants around the apartment.

It consists of a bedroom furnished with a 140 bed, a large living room equipped with an Ikea 140 sofa bed, a nice kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 people and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
