The sea is located at the bottom of the house (30 meters, accessible by a street, no sand only pebbles). The house has a small garden with its south-facing terrace.

For everyone's safety, we have installed a security camera in the lobby that monitors comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There's no elevator and the stairs are narrow.
