My residence, Les Terrasses du Mont Blanc, is quiet and I am located about 1 km from the center of the resort and its shops. I offer access to the ski slopes on foot and a heated pool in summer I am ideally located about 1 hour from Annecy, Chamonix or Lake Geneva (Thonon).

Nice studio, all comforts, ideal for a couple. Located in Le Praz de lys at an altitude of 1500 meters, the resort offers a remarkable site for all outdoor activities, facing the Mont Blanc range. Another advantage of the resort: its generally abundant snowfall. Its hilly mountains make it a popular downhill ski area and snowy forests, a magical backdrop for cross-country skiing, not to mention the groomed pedestrian slopes for non-skiers.

We had a great weekend with friends. The cottage is spacious, clean and very well located, on the slopes, we were also able to enjoy the large terrace. We lacked nothing, everything was available. We will come back without hesitation!

Very good value for money. We stayed during the music festival which made access by car impossible on the square, but parking lots are nearby. Charming and cool village. Cross-ventilated housing that is easy to air, practical when it is hot.

We spent a week as a couple with two children for the February holidays. The apartment is conveniently located for accessing the slopes. Very functional, the large closet is a real plus to be able to store things! Marie (the lady who takes care of the concierge) is very available and charming. If you have free as a phone operator prepare for a week of total disconnection. There is no network in the building with this operator. We are absolutely delighted with this stay!

We came as a family of eight to this wonderful chalet, located in the middle of the resort, easy to access, this chalet is full of charm, wonderfully well-equipped! We will keep a lot of beautiful memories! A vacation that was exceptional with great snow. 🫶🏻 Thank you very much to Patrick.
