With its large living spaces and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet is designed to accommodate a large group in comfort. You will also have access to the private Nordic bath.

Very quiet and private, ideal with children, the apartment is on the ground floor, it has a garden with private terrace. Exceptional views of the mountains... and Mont Blanc. Ski-in ski-out for the start, and less than 100 m for the return. Shops accessible via pedestrian path. Perfectly equipped, very convenient, plenty of storage, with large laundry room and ski room (7 m2).

Charming and very functional studio in a very clean and very well located residence in the heart of the resort. Slopes accessible on skis. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Located close to shops (ESF, ski rentals, tobacco-souvenirs, restaurants...) In winter the resort offers a beautiful alpine ski area as well as a popular cross-country ski area, all overlooking Mont-Blanc. In summer, Praz de Lys offers a multitude of activities (hiking, walks.)

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central à la station. Notre cocon familial pourra accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, aussi bien l'été que l'hiver. Un programme d'animation vous attendra en haute saison, vous pourrez profiter d'une bonne table dans les différents restaurants après une journée de randonnée ou de ski. Vous disposerez de tout le confort, l'appartement a été entièrement rénové. L'appartement est au pied des pistes et des commerces de la station.

Fully equipped studio in Praz de Lys. It has a sofa bed and a folding bed for possibly a 3rd person (child). Guests can take advantage of the large, very quiet balcony to admire the view of the nearby mountains. The apartment is located close to shops (restaurants, shops, ski school...) and the tourist office which can advise you on the many activities offered (hiking, cycling... summer and ski resort in winter). The Playhouse

Our maisonette is perfect for a cocooning stay. We live in the neighboring house with my partner and our little boy Oscar. We will be happy to host you and share this beautiful corner of nature with you. We remain available if needed, while letting you fully enjoy your independence and the tranquility of the place. Access to the maisonette can be difficult for people with reduced mobility, who are injured or have difficulty walking on a slope.

Le refuge du grand-père .spa/sauna

Grandfather's refuge is nestled in the mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters, in the charming village of Bonnavaz, close to the famous ski resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys-Sommand. The chalet has been completely renovated with taste and is located in a hamlet composed of three chalets and an old chapel, known as the "Chapelle de Notre-Dame du vieux chalet". Below, the Foron river will allow you to cool off during the summer.
