Studio Praz de Lys: At the foot of the slopes!

Charming and very functional studio in a very clean and very well located residence in the heart of the resort. Slopes accessible on skis. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Located close to shops (ESF, ski rentals, tobacco-souvenirs, restaurants...) In winter the resort offers a beautiful alpine ski area as well as a popular cross-country ski area, all overlooking Mont-Blanc. In summer, Praz de Lys offers a multitude of activities (hiking, walks.)

Joli studio, avec vue sur la forêt, situé résidence Les Terrasses du Mont Blanc, sur la commune du PRAZ-DE-LYS, 74440 TANINGES. Résidence calme, à environ 1km du centre de la station. L'hiver: situé à 50m des pistes de ski de fonds et alpins (départ à ski possible depuis la résidence). Une navette gratuite assure une rotation avec le centre du village et les principales remontées mécaniques. L'été: Piscine extérieure exclusive à la résidence du 15/06 au 15/09.

This family accommodation is located at the foot of the cross-country and downhill ski slopes, there are all the amenities around. It is well equipped, we prepare it with care, it is a really good place to stay. The wood and stone residence, from 2012, is quiet, charming and well maintained. A closed garage and heated ski storage are included in the rental and are inside the residence. Beds are made upon arrival, you will enjoy a warm and caring atmosphere.

Praz de lys – studio with terrace

Nice studio, all comforts, ideal for a couple. Located in Le Praz de lys at an altitude of 1500 meters, the resort offers a remarkable site for all outdoor activities, facing the Mont Blanc range. Another advantage of the resort: its generally abundant snowfall. Its hilly mountains make it a popular downhill ski area and snowy forests, a magical backdrop for cross-country skiing, not to mention the groomed pedestrian slopes for non-skiers.

On the 2nd floor of the residence Les Pralyssimes (elevator), this apartment in the heart of the resort offers a 13 m² balcony overlooking Mont Blanc. 100m from the village square and 200m from Chevaly, the resort is 1500m above sea level. Animations offered: biathlon, hikes, scavenger hunts. 15 minutes from Les Gets, 20 minutes from Samoëns, and 1 hour from the lakes of Annecy and Lake Geneva. Cleaning MUST be done before departure.

Alpine chalet and HOT TUB for 6 people

Ground floor of an authentic alpine chalet nestled in the heart of a preserved valley, close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the accommodation, the surrounding nature and the possibility to fully enjoy the outdoor activities around the chalet with family or friends. You will also have private access to the Nordic bath (optional for short stays of less than a week).
