OMG! What an extraordinary stay at the Luciole. The villa is in a great location and the views are magnificent. In the south of the island, on the side of the Caribbean Sea, its location is perfect for those who want to visit the beaches…. I would recommend it without hesitating! Safe travels.

It is advisable to ask the host for a location pin, as reaching the place using navigation can be complicated. The property has all the necessary amenities, including a covered terrace and a jacuzzi. The only drawback is the lack of window screens, which would help reduce the number of mosquitoes inside the house.

Very beautiful villa located in the middle of nature in a quiet and peaceful area. The view to the lush forest is stunning. The exterior as well as the interior are thoughtfully arranged. Everything is functional, complete and impeccably clean. The pool and hot tub allow for absolute relaxation. The location is well located making it easy to visit the island by car. We spent a little less than two weeks with the family at Laetitia's beautiful house. We were 3 couples and 1 toddler, and the configuration of the house was perfect with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is very nice, well-equipped, with nice outdoor amenities. Special mention for the swimming pool (which must have been at 30 degrees!) and the hot tub, very pleasant in the evening when returning from a walk. The air conditioning in all the rooms was welcome given the hot weather we had during the stay. Finally, the communication was very fluid both with the concierge company (thanks to Amelie for her information throughout the stay) and with the owner Laetitia who was very accommodating on the day of departure. In short, we recommend 200% of this very pretty house for a successful stay in Martinique:)

This is a very nice villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to radiate. Listing and amenities are as described. The garden and carbet allow you to enjoy life outside. The pool, although not big, is a real relaxing pleasure. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system

Great stay at Caroline and Yves's. The villa is beautiful. Caroline and Yves are super responsive and gave us great tips for our stay. The area is perfect and if the sea is too agitated at the Diamond just head to Anse Dufour which is 20 minutes by car. In short, warmly recommended and I will definitely go back with the kids.

I recommend it without hesitating!! The photos don't do the place justice. We were there with our 3 children and we loved our stay everything was perfect. Vincent and France are available and very nice hosts. The views are breathtaking. If we return to Martinique, we will definitely return to Vincent and France's.

Zen paradise. A wonderful stay, beyond expectations. The house is spacious, conducive to a real local life, to cook with family or friends, to share beautiful moments or to live a zen vacation. The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet. And what could be better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves? Washing and drying machines are definitely a great plus. And what about the garden without transition on the beach?! Simply happiness, whether for a dreamy breakfast, a grill lunch (yes, there is a functional barbecue), read under the coconut trees or a midnight bath in the hot tub. The kindness of the host, Jean-Marc, adds to the magic of the place. And we understand that he has thought of everything and planned for an exceptional stay for guests. It is also a rich source of ideas and recommendations for a unique vacation. Jean-Marc responds very quickly and efficiently to all your needs and requests, whether it's the house or not.
