Vous serez dans la Résidence « Le Roi Soleil », Bâtiment « Le Crépuscule ». Situé en Rez de chaussée, vous arrivez en ski au pied de l’appartement (Selon enneigement). Vous n’avez pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour rejoindre les pistes (Selon enneigement). Vous disposez d’un box a ski privé et sécurisé situé à côté du logement. Vous pourrez démarrer des balades à pied ou en raquettes depuis l’appartement. Une place de parking couvert privé est réservée dans le bâtiment « L’Aurore ».

Located 5 minutes by car from the city center of Barcelonnette (market, shops, restaurants) or the Sauze resort (also accessible by free shuttle at the foot of the residence), it gives you access to the beautiful Ubaye valley and its winter or summer activities. In a quiet building, with parking nearby, this apartment is perfectly located in summer and winter. You will only have to put on foot or take off your skis outside the door!
