Studio cosy bien équipé 29m2 à 200m à pied des pistes du Sauze 1400. Au coeur des randonnées l'été. Balcon sud avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Place de parking n° 12B et cave. Coin montagne avec lits superposés. Canapé convertible + chauffeuse. Cuisine équipée : hotte, plaque vitro céramique, four combiné micro ondes, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Nombreux rangements. WIFI. SDB avec baignoire. WC séparés. Apt B12 au 3° et dernier étage sans ascenseur. Animaux non acceptés sur ce lieu.

Recently renovated. No smoking (and no pets)
