Parking space no. 12B and cellar. Mountain corner with bunk beds. Convertible sofa + armchair. Equipped kitchen: hood, ceramic hob, microwave combination oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment completely renovated and tastefully furnished in 2023, at the foot of the Super Sauze slopes. Departure and arrival skis on your feet, south-facing view of the slopes. This apartment consists of an equipped American kitchen, a bedroom, a mountain corner with two bunk beds and a bed in the living room. In a quiet building, with parking nearby, this apartment is perfectly located in summer and winter. All you have to do is put on or take off your skis in front of the door!

Quiet, away from major highways. A numbered parking space at the foot of the residence, ski storage.
