The house is bathed in sun and a stone's throw from the sea and the Puys tennis courts. In winter, contemplate the sea, the wind, the cliffs and take refuge by the fire... due to its size and location, in any season this house is a happiness that I hope will delight you.

Relax as a couple or as a family (perfect for a family with 2 children), but please note that the house cannot accommodate more than 3 adult guests. The “La Sellerie” cottage is located in the countryside, surrounded by nature, with a private park of around 5 hectares (13 acres) featuring horses, sheep, and goats. 5 minutes by car from the first shops and the possibility of shopping by bike because the valley that leads to Criel sur Mer (shops) is totally flat

The highest cliffs of Seine Maritime are a sight to behold with stunning sunsets.

Between the Marquenterre Park (10 min by bike) and the access path to the sea (150 m), the cabin is a little slice of heaven for nature and hiking lovers. Nestled in the wild vegetation, cocooning moments are yours. Ideally placed for exploring the beautiful Baie de Somme (Grand site de France) and the numerous activities and remarkable sites to visit on the Picardie coast.

The cottage enjoys a privileged location, in Upper Normandy, 2 hours from Paris, 30 minutes from Rouen and 15 minutes from Dieppe, the nearest beach.
