This large, typical Vexin house dating from the mid-19th century is located between Chaumont-en-Vexin and Gisors, just 1 hour from Paris. The house has been renovated very recently and can accommodate 16 people with its 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The house is suitable for groups of friends, families and work groups with a space dedicated to this purpose (large table, video projector, etc.) Many facilities such as the heated and secure swimming pool, a tennis court, etc.

F2 equipped, you will have the option to stay for up to 4 people (6 people with a 2nd cottage on the same floor). Charming 40 m² accommodation, composed of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Guests can enjoy its 30 m² terrace, common to the 2 cottages.

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

PETIT STUDIO SOUS COMBLES , aménagé au dessus d'une partie de mon habitation avec entrée indépendante par un escalier extérieur. Il est situé dans un environnement charmant, à la campagne. Vous pourrez profiter du jardin partagé derrière la maison. Je me trouve à 4km de Gisors, où vous trouverez : boutiques, supermarchés, restaurants ... et aussi un château médiéval chargé d'histoire. Je dispose d'un garage pour entreposer les vélos.
