32 m2 studio located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. The wild property spans 3 hectares of parkland and meadows. A charming little canal runs around it. The view overlooks nothing but nature. Centuries-old trees, dry stone terraces, and tranquility are on the program, just 1.5 km from the center of the village of Castellane, and 4 km from Lake Castillon and its beach. It's the perfect nest to discover the famous Verdon Gorge, and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

Vehicle essential, as there is no public transportation. Plan to use snow tires or chains between November and March.

This 45 m² mezzanine apartment in a village house is accessible by stairs, it has been tastefully renovated and equipped to offer you a pleasant stay. At your disposal is a shaded terrace with barbecue, sun loungers that you will share with other guests on level - 1.

It's not just an exceptional place, it's above all a unique experience. Come and enjoy a secluded setting, surrounded 360° by mountains, waterfalls, forests, fields to have fun. Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!

✨ **CASA ANKA** is a 70 m² cocoon nestled in the quiet of La Garde, designed for 4 travelers in search of serenity. Two soft bedrooms, including a suite with bathtub 🛁 and a **meditation corner** adorned with natural stone inlays (amethyst, quartz, fairy stone) ✨. Wood, stone, lime and natural light make up a soothing decor🌿. Private sauna and cold bath extend this wellness experience🌸.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked for the dates you want, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Please note that the barbecue is a wild barbecue. So, if there is a prefectural order, this is prohibited. Regarding the hot tub, please indicate in the description that it is a Roman bath located in the wellness area. It's an option, as well as the sauna and everything that goes with it.
