Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. In the kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker for guests

Cozy and Comfortable, great Fall destination!

This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

Enjoy this updated ranch, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. This home is 5 minutes from Grand Park, & a short walk to dinning in downtown Westfield. The fenced in backyard is a relaxing place to hangout and unwind, get competitive playing corn hole, have a bonfire or grill up the perfect dinner. With five televisions you should be able to stream your favorite show. The home is a reasonable drive to downtown Indy(~40min), IMS, Ruoff Music Center, Carmel, Noblesville and more places.

Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.
