My apartment is perfect for two couples or a family (2 double beds) who sometimes wishes to relax and cook dinner at home. When your children go to sleep you can still be part of the nightlife, enjoying the view from the balcony while sipping a glass of wine. Plenty of free parking on the street but also ask me if my garage is available!

We don't have a TV, but there is a big comfortable sofa, and a set of small, but also comfortable, lounge chairs. Late check out and early check in may be possible.
