Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lecce

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Wonderful apartment on a quiet street with corner windows and great natural light! Alessandro was responsive to questions and helped me figure out a solution for getting my suit & tux wrinkle-free after a flight. Apartment itself is very clean with reliable A/C, and louvered shutters that keep out most, if not all of the light when sleeping.

Iacopo was the best host I have experienced on Airbnb He'd thought of everything, every little detail was catered for. He explained everything clearly at check in and have left some thoughtful welcome amenities. The house is in the middle of the beautiful historic centre. I couldn't recommend this highly enough

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The church was 2 mins walking from the Airbnb and it was very convenient findingg everything in town. There were plenty of places where we could eat, drink and shop. We love the private space and the location was not on the main street so noise was surprisingly lower than I expected it to be. The host checked in to make sure we were ok and was responsive. It was about 8 min walk from the train station making it very convenient for us. I would definitely booked again if I'm in Lecce again.

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

This is a beautiful spot with a very special place to swim. In May (before the ladder is placed) jumping in is comfortable and the exit front the water requires a bit of climb. Your hosts couldn’t be sweeter or more responsive. Very thoughtful and prompt. It’s a small place but it’s well equipped and beautifully maintained. Sadly, there was loud construction happening on the dwellings on either side of us during our stay but that could happen anywhere and can’t be predicted. I would absolutely stay here again.

Marco's apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Communication with Marco was very straightforward and he always responded quickly. The apartment is located a little outside the historic city center, but it is very easy to reach on foot. Another advantage is the free parking around the apartment. Around the corner there is a well-stocked supermarket and opposite a good pizzeria. The apartment was very clean, and in the kitchen everything you need for cooking was available. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

The apartment is superb, located in the heart of the historic center of Lecce. We had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. The large rooftop garden is a welcome oasis from the busy streets of Lecce. It is especially charming in the evening under the many lights placed around the plants. The apartment was comfortable and our hosts were helpful and attentive.

Davide was super responsive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay the apartment is full of details and clean. We arrive later than plan he was super flexible on the check-in.

Christina and Gianni were absolutely excellent hosts. Super friendly and even picked me up from the train station! Gave me lots of local recommendations for restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this apartment, basic but has all the necessities at a good price. Breakfast included in the price is at the cafe over the road, delicious pastries!! Short walk into centre of Lecce, far enough away for some piece and quiet. Thank you!

Roberta's apartment is very well located, close to the center while being quiet. The accommodation is spacious and beautifully decorated. The roof top terrace is a real plus.

We had a great time here for three days. It's a great location right in the centre of the predestrianised old town. The apartment and the building it's in are lovely. Lecce was a great base trip explore Puglia from. Francesca was really helpful. Note that if you've got a car then you'll need to park a few minutes walk away - we parked at the closest one which was 25 euros a day - there might be cheaper or free places a bit further out.

A most amazing property! My wife felt like a queen in her palace. There is so much space and so many wonderful mementos of a bygone era yet it still provided all the style and class of a modern apartment. The location is first class. The communication was outstanding. We would recommend anybody to stay here when in Lecce. Many thanks!

Great apartment for a couple of days in the city. Space for two people and in a great location which is walkable to all of the local attractions and restaurants and bars. No noise from these but it is located next to a road right on top of it being the ground floor apartment with traffic coming through frequently up until late at night and then restarting early so if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs.

Everything has been put in place so that our stay takes place in the best conditions I highly recommend it.

Alessia was very communicative from the beginning. Both through text and through the Airbnb app. She allowed us to check out a bit later, which was great since we had luggage we needed to take to our car. One recommendation would be to tell guests coming from other places other than Europe that the apt is in the second floor, not the first floor.

My wife and I just had an absolutely delightful 1-night stay in this ground floor apartment in the Old Town. Alberto was welcoming & helpful and assisted us with access remotely which was very straightforward. The apartment is very smart & immaculately clean. It’s in a really quiet area of the Old Town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we didn’t need to use any air-conditioning in mid-May. The walk-in shower was a delight. There’s just enough kitchen cooking equipment & cutlery for a couple. Parking is outside the Old Town; we found a car park within 3-mins walk to the apartment. Alberto’s tip to download the EasyPark app was absolutely great; it was so easy to pay for the cheap parking and also start a new session the next day from our apartment. There’s a washing machine (washer-dryer) in the apartment which is chargeable at an additional €5. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay.

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment on the edge of the old town of Lecce, ideally located to explore the city on foot or the surrounding area by car. Nice and quiet appartment. Very well located. Steps away from Piazza Sant’Oronzo. No brainer if you visit Lecce. Bed is comfortable and the host is very responsive.
