Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Converted artists workshop with it's own front door. This mini appartment has been converted with access in mind for disabled patrons but is lovely and comfortable for everyone. It's bright, modern and spacious with a king sized bed that can become 2 singles. There is a small kitchen area in the same room, a table, armchair, TV, space for working and a separate wet room with pull down shower chair. The appartment has it's own front door with lock lowered. There's also a free allocated parking space. Update April 2024: Doris, the house rabbit (mentioned in the guest reviews) passed away in February, so it's it now a pet free house. The property is only 35 mins walk to the centre of the city centre and the millennium stadium.

Such a beautiful home I was thrilled when I walked in! Awesome decor and beautiful landscape. Pictures don’t do it justice actually. I stayed for 5days and the neighbourhood is peaceful and the bed was comfy with fresh bed and towel linens. Tons of green space in the area too if you like going for walks. Full access to the kitchen as well. I stayed there solo as Ian was away, so sadly I never met him personally. However, we kept in touch the whole time and he graciously suggested tons of places to eat/drink. Have stayed in several Bnb’s and this one is an easy rate of 10/10 and Ian is a gem!
