Holiday rentals with a patio in Ledyard

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Had an excellent stay here. Host was responsive. Unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, the works. Host was also responsive to questions and what not. It was also a plus that there was so much space to spread out for a couple nights and they didn’t price gouge like most of the other alternatives in the area. If there was one note to make that isn’t in their control, it’s that the street outside is super busy. Must just be something about the location but the traffic was non stop. But that didn’t affect our sleep or anything. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

The location is amazing! It’s just a quick walk from downtown Mystic but also far enough that it still feels private and very quiet. The apartment was also super clean. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bathroom is small, but we didn’t spend much time there as there was so much to do in town. Highly recommend this place if you plan on exploring. Huge benefit that it is also pet friendly!

Me & my partner was looking for a little getaway & found Marie’s Airbnb. Prior to arriving she communicated everything was set for check in. The home was very modern, clean, & smelt clean as well. This is a perfect home for a little getaway, it’s very close to attractions & etc. Even though we didn’t use anything in the home it was provided with towels, soap, many kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook, & etc. we loved this & would definitely come again!

Clean, cute, and convenient. You are only about 10-15 minutes away from days worth of things to do around southern RI, but can go back there and rest in the quiet and comfort as of you live there away from all the noise for a very reasonable price for where you are and what you get. Her beautifully maintained flower garden was definitely an extra perk to make the place even cozier than it is and gave a wonderful smell when hanging out on the covered porch in the evenings. The apartment was even bigger than I thought it was going to be and was perfect for me and my fiancé to be able to spread out and relax. The apartment was incredibly cleaned and well maintained from front room to kitchen to bathroom to bedroom better than any hotel I’ve stayed at while still keeping that lived-in charm that makes it feel like home. Linens were crisp and clean and we loved the cleanliness and softness of the bed, was definitely great for weary legs lol 110/10 for this place! Will stay again!

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

No complaints! Easy check-in and check-out. Really awesome location. We walked everywhere for the duration of our stay because it is so close to the entire downtown area!

Our stay here was amazing! So much attention to detail was put into every aspect of this home. It was spotless and very well maintained. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. We never felt like something was missing and never had a hard time finding what we needed. It is such a quiet and peaceful area and we spent a lot of time just sitting by the water relaxing. We loved being able to have a fire right by the water as well. The downstairs game room/theatre was a blast as well. Overall I would 100% book a stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our time at Jason’s house. My family really enjoyed the warm pool along with all the pool toys. Our host provided good information as well as being responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful.

I loved how organized Kathy was with her communication and sharing of information. I didn’t have to search for a thing. Everything went as expected (which rarely happens in the real world)! We were very pleased with our visit and the space she provided for us. It was clean, comfortable and the location was fantastic!

From the kayaks to the coffee, our stay was glorious! I loved waking up every morning to the gorgeous view of the Niantic River. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and there are so many amenities. Location is perfect- a short walk to the boat dock and back entrance to the Oswegatchie Hill Trail. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bedrooms were super cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals. The host, Alexis, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and clear instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and public transit. I especially loved the view from the back deck. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This place is an excellent location, a short walk downhill to Mystic Pizza and downtown. Given parking/traffic, it's great to be walkable. The house is ideally set up, with 2 large bedrooms on the bottom floor with a full bath, ample living room/kitchen/dining on the main and then 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. There were games left - Life, Jenga, Dominos, etc - which my toddler really enjoyed. Greogry and Julia were very responsive hosts and even provided kid-friendly restaurants which was very helpful.

This property is just as described. Fantastic location for getting all along the shoreline and so quick and easy to restaurants and shopping. The beach pass was a great bonus. Host communication is excellent. Price is right.

Lots of space to hang out. Beautifully remodeled. Loved the bits and pieces in the pantry. Had regular coffee pot as well as keurig. Well stocked kitchen to make our big breakfasts.

Pete was very great person as a host . She treated us very well and I feel we felt like home great place to stay definitely be back.

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

loved this place, wish it wasn’t so expensive but honestly it’s expensive for a reason lol, it’s a very nice place to stay with the hot tub and pool accessible! 10/10

George was a wonderful host , so available and willing to help with local knowledge and suggestions. The Condo is beautiful with a stunning sea view and plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to all .
