Enjoy 3 season lake access for kayaking & canoe. Year round trails for hiking, snow shoeing, exploring etc. Beautiful scenery and wildlife in a peaceful, private setting, relax and unwind by the fire! We look forward to having you! Experience a serene stay in our cozy 3rd-floor apartment, with views of the Tay River in historic Perth. Unwind in modern comfort amidst heritage charm. Explore local attractions or relax on the deck of Coutts Cafe on the main floor. **Please note there are 3 flights of stairs which might be difficult to use for those with mobility concerns.** No designated parking but public parking lot adjacent to building. $1.50/hr from 9:00-5:00 weekdays - no overnight charge and free on weekends.

Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.
