Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Leesburg

Anthony’s place was lovely, great place for a family gathering and had all the amenities. We had a very minor issue and not only was Anthony responsive he had the issue resolved ASAP. Thank you for a great weekend. I would love to visit his Maine cabin.

Walt’s place is absolutely perfect! We have been wanting to check out the Villages and the Spring House was perfectly located to see everything. The home is immaculate, well decorated, and had everything we needed plus! We even used the golf cart and had a wonderful time! Thank you Walt for being such a good host!

Really well furnished and kitted out. Golf cart worked great. Nice welcome snacks, coffee and cooking supplies. Decor was very well done. Highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable stay and will be back in the future. The customer service was top notch. We had a small issue pop up during our stay and Whitman Vacations remedied within an hour. All communications with Whitman Vacations were answered within minutes. We enjoyed having the opportunity of being able to check in a little earlier than our normal check in time which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I was the youngest there (age 48) with 3 other guests (ages 65+). Our only feedback was for the living room couch. My guests over 65+ could not get out of the couch very easily as it was too soft. It was hard for the 65+ aged guests to get out out of the couch without me helping them up. A firmer couch cushion would help out with the average Villager guest. My guests used the dining room chairs instead or the other chair adjacent to the living room tv.

Very cute two bedroom that comes with a golf cart! Laurie was super helpful and accommodating. House was easy and lovely and charmingly decorated - highly recommend if you’re visiting The Villages! It was great to have more space than a hotel and we traveled with our six year old so we also really appreciated the separate bedroom and bathtub. The sheets and linens are super soft!

The place is walkable from the bus station even at 2am. Very safe and well lit to get there. The golf cart was a plus and allowed us transportation to downtown without walking. Great breakfast places only a ride away. The bedrooms were roomy and clean. The living room was very clean and remotes for tv were self explanatory. The bathrooms had all soaps, shampoos and body soap. I was travels light for the weekend and this place had a hair dryer, magnifying mirror and clean towels. The back porch was cozy and I enjoyed a morning coffee with the chirping of birds and watching squirrels. This place was 6 minutes from my parents place and I would definitely recommend staying here. They even had coffee, coffee pot and creamer! There is a washer and dryer but we didn’t use it those considered it… lol Lori got our guest passes to use the facilities- ie the pool I would say the only thing missing is a map of the cart trails - I didn’t ask so I’m unsure if that is available!

This place was absolutely beautiful. From the tree, the living room, the kitchen, the backyard, the bedrooms, bathrooms. It has everything you need. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. Owners replied quickly and professional.

Highly recommend. Super clean home, very responsive and provides clear detailed instructions from checking in to check out. The home was perfect place to stay, while visiting family in the villages. Will definitely rent again! 10/10!

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

me and my significant other had a good stay here it was clean and beautiful. we definitely felt at home here and we would totally book again if ever back in leesburg. the hosts Johnathan and carlene are friendly and kind very easy to talk to and overall great hosts. definitely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice location in a nice resort. Worked out wonderfully for a visit with our grandchildren (and their parents, haha).

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating for our trip! Whenever we came across them, they’d offer recommendations of nice places around, and were nice and friendly to chat with. They also provide a binder filled with places to eat and visit. It was very clean and comfortable, and I liked the decorations and theme for the unit. The backyard offered a nice natural view of the water with interesting wild life. It wasn’t too hard to get to, and is placed in a spot with many shops to visit and nature spaces to see. We were able to store food and cook proper meals while staying there, and the shower warmed up quickly. There was plenty of supplies for hygiene and cleaning provided. The A/C worked wonderfully and an additional fan was provided as well. Wifi was somewhat spotty at points, but stable for the most part. I would say this is a wonderful place to stay that’s cost-effective, comfortable, has friendly and kind hosts, and plenty of things to see and do nearby.

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.
