The House in Old Xanthi

NO EVENTS ALLOWED. This is a two-story, renovated, traditional detached house in a paved neighborhood. On the ground floor there is an open space, with a kitchen, living room - dining room, 1 bathroom & 1 wc. On the first floor there are 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a single bed and a sofa - bed in the upper living room. THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE FLOOR. The house has central heating. There are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the surrounding streets and squares

The villa has a private parkin, a large yard, a balcony with a unique sea view. Right next to it is the famous beach bar Porto Molo and a tavern with Greek cuisine. The space is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 wc and an open plan living room with kitchen on one level that can accommodate up to 8 people.
