Excellent exercise opportunities at the sports institute and in the surrounding area. The sandy beaches of Lake Kuortaneenjärvi are within walking distance. The residential area's own magnificent sandy beach is located 130 m and the beach area of Kirkkoranta about 700 m away. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake ice, weather permitting. In addition, there are ski trails in the sports institute's surroundings. Distance to the barn about 150 m.

Beautiful and compact cottage created by an architect in Soini, Ulvo village for guests. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The living area is 30 m², the sauna's large IKI stove provides soft steam. A bed for four and a sofa bed, a lot of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. Do you miss a relaxing break from everyday life? A small cozy cottage awaits you! Sleeps four: fold-out sofa bed for two (140cm when unfolded) downstairs and upstairs loft with mattresses for 2 people. Best suited for a two-person vacation. Linens and towels for an additional fee. There is always a warm hot tub on the terrace, the use is included in the price. The cottage has an indoor toilet and shower, an electric sauna, basic kitchen equipment (fridge + microwave + stove), and an air heat pump. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Leporanta, a magnificent holiday cottage on the shores of Lake Kuorasjärvi

Cozy cottage built in 2019, comfortably accommodating 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Country house

A small grandmother's cottage on the edge of the forest, in a peaceful rural landscape. Location about 10 km from the center of Lapua. The cottage has its own yard and pets are welcome. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and the living room/kitchen has one bed. Indoor toilet with shower in the same room and hallway. The bedroom has an air heat pump. The small, wood-fired yard sauna in the yard of the cottage was restored in the spring of 2024. The wood used to heat the sauna is included in the price of the stay.

Kuortane Sports Institute 30 km. Ähtäri Zoo: 31 km. 2 bikes available for guest use. Beds in bedrooms are 120cm wide. Downstairs, there is also a 160 cm wide bed. Let's clean up after ourselves when you leave. Final cleaning is included. Additional instructions for the guest in the folder on the kitchen table.

In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.
