My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Marylise’s place. The home was spotless, exactly as described, and located in a wonderfully peaceful and private area—while still being easily accessible to the city. Marylise was incredibly accommodating, kindly allowing us a late check-out due to remote work commitments, which we really appreciated. This was genuinely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Great house for families or groups. Lots of space. So close to cafes, restaurants, co-op, and the cutest little dessert shop (Dessert Box) - don’t miss out on the biscotti cheesecake! About one mile from the Coventry train station. Would definitely stay here the next time we visit ☺️

Lovely home ,spacious,tastefully decorated ... great terrace to sit out on overlooking a pretty park..quiet peaceful area. Kitchen had everything you would need including milk/cereal etc which was an added bonus .. felt very safe..host was very informative and helpful .Perfect for our ladies day racing weekend .. would come back Thank you

After a horrendous experience at the original property we had booked, we contacted Brendan and Sarah very late Friday evening to see if they had capacity (following Air B and B refusing to help find somewhere) They responded so quickly to get us booked, communicated clearly, and couldn’t be more helpful during our stay. The property is beautiful, was spotlessly clean, had every thing you could ever need (coffee, pool table, ironing board, secure, entertainment, parking etc etc) Myself and friends were away to attend our friends wedding and honestly this saved our weekend and I can’t tell you how much of a relief it was to end up here. It really is a stunning property and perfect for a group. Thank you again for being great hosts and having such a gorgeous property xxx

Had a wonderful stay with my friends for 1 night! Perfect for a big group, lovely bedrooms and a big sized living room. Set in a gorgeous location with countryside views. We had a great meal in the local pub and made use of the hot tub at the property. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

Cherry tree cottage is in a great location and is well equipped with a completely private and secure garden. Everything was clean and tastefully done. Our host kept a low profile - perfect for a secluded couple of days away, but was quick to respond when we reached out. Seat on is a lovely village with good walks and great accessibility for the rest of Rutland.

Had a fantastic time. Samuel’s place was easy to find, situated on a lovely residential estate with parking. Lots of walks close by which was great for the dogs. Great communication and recommendations for places to eat and visit locally. We ordered takeaway from Spice Touch around the corner and it was amazing. His house was well presented with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Yes you can hear the traffic from the A444 but it didn’t disturb us and ear plugs are provided. Would definitely stay again.

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful caravan in a stunning location Ashbourne heights caravan park is lovely, very well maintained. Spotlessly clean throughout, comfortable and cosy, decking with chairs is a great addition especially with the weather we had. Walking from the door step, we did Thor’s cave circular and stepping stones, tissington trail is just off the site entrance so no need to drive anywhere. Honestly one of the best family weekends we have had will be booking again in the future ❤️

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

Beautiful cottage set in wonderful grounds with a playhouse for the little ones. The pool was great too. Such a great place to stay, and under 10 minutes from Ashbourne. Around 30 mins to kid friendly hiking/walking in the Dales. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay visiting family near overstone. The lodge is perfect, it has everything we needed. They kindly gave us milk and breakfast which was really lovely. The location was quiet and the neighbours were really friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here, we will again for sure.

We had a lovely break here whilst visiting family nearby, Stuart was very helpful and accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, absolutely gorgeous area and all round welcoming atmosphere. Stuart even kindly installed WiFi for us- as signal is hit and miss in the area. Very clean Caravan as well and well equipped. Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

Lauren was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Lots of useful information in the welcome pack. The photos don't do justice to the actual place. Great place to stay. Comfortable & clean with good facilities. Good location to access plenty of local events/ sightseeing. This was our second stay here with our dogs & would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at the tree house. Beautiful secluded area with friendly resident animals nearby to visit. The tree house was so cozy and had all appliances and tools needed for a great BBQ, firepit and more. No WiFi required for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay! We went on long walk to nearby villages and would definitely recommend stopping in at local pubs (Royal Horseshoes and Wheel Inn). Russell and family were all so helpful and welcoming and made our stay really special. Hope to come again :)

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights as we went to an event at the NEC. It is in a beautiful location with lots of animals to meet and we particularly enjoyed meeting Winston, Wallace and Wellington the pigs! Both Tina and Martin were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was spotless, cosy and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The xbox and boardgames were a great touch! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely lovely, we are definitely going back! Lynden was so lovely and gave clear instructions that made finding eveything so easy, love our tour of the farm and feeding all the animals that were so friendly! The room was really nice and decorated so beautifully & really appreciated the complimentary snacks. We loved the hot tub, lighting the fire for our marshmallows, and how close the animals got to us! Was a lovely place to stay felt so at home and welcomed, would define my recommend :)

Allison was the perfect host! The Sheppard's Hut was just as expected, completely isolated and in the most beautiful surroundings. We felt right at home, it was so peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect extra and Allison made sure it was hot on arrival and kept us topped up with plenty of wood. We ran out on gas on the first night but after after a very quick phone call (to which Allison answered straight away) we were topped up and ready to go again. She and her husband even took the time so show us around the farm. which mg husband and I absolutely loved! Thank you so much, we will most certainly be back 🐎 🚜 xxx

The cottage was a lovely place to stay at. Set in a beautiful area with lots of places to go and never to far to travel anywhere. Hollie & Dan were always quick and friendly to respond to any questions.

Beautiful, immaculately clean and spacious place to stay in a gorgeous setting. We visited with our four young children and they loved seeing the emus, goats and alpaca, plus had lots of room to run around outside. Fantastic location for Drayton Manor theme park, and the host was very informative and friendly with messages.

Small little space that's great for a night or two. Very convenient parking right in front of the door. As mentioned, the staircase is super narrow. I had to carry my dog upstairs since she was too scared (down was fine tho). Loved the "Welcome basket" with a fresh loaf of bread, juice and some strawberrys.
