Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Private Annex on a dairy farm. Double bed with ensuite bathroom and kitchen area which includes fridge, and kettle. Tea, coffee,provided. Toaster, Fridge and microwave in the room for your use. Towels provided. TV & DVD player. WiFi is available but phone reception very limited Newly renovated space in the former Farm logshed. Situation is in quiet village 30 minutes from Bath; 20 minutes from Wells & Glastonbury & 10 minutes from Frome & Shepton Mallet.

Brookside Cottage

Newly renovated 4 bedroom house, one en-suite shower & a large family bathroom upstairs, study room with single bedroom downstairs. South facing private patio. Log burner, underfloor heating downstairs and in the bathrooms, 5 minutes from Babington House and the Talbot Inn in Mells. Frome only 6 miles away. Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant close by & Bath 20 mins drive. Please note we do have facilities for babies.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
