Steigen Lodge Sjøhytte Våg no. 1

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

Welcome to our charming cottage, built in classic Lofoten style, inspired by the traditional wooden houses of Northern Norway. Here you get a perfect combination of rustic coastal charm and modern comfort – ideal as a base for nature experiences, family fun or just total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for 6 adults. In addition, there is a travel bed for small children and a sofa bed that is well suited for children or young people.

This home has stood by the sea since the late 1800s, shaped by weather, tides and generations before you. Carefully restored, it blends original timber walls with modern comfort. Large windows open towards mountains and open water, letting light and silence set the pace of your stay. Our four cabins are newly built in 2023. They are of a high standard, fully equipped and each with huge windows and a balcony to take in the spectacular views of the water and surrounding mountains. The cabins are located in Hopen, which is conveniently situated between Svolvær and Henningsvær. They are close to everything Lofoten has to offer.

Cozy cabin on coastal heath near the sea. The cabin was built in the year 2000. Great views of Steigen and Skutvik. In the north Hamarøyskaftet. The cabin is located in the village of Nes on Hamarøy, 5 km from Skutvik. The cabin is located on the outskirts of the village and has the landlord as the closest neighbor.
