A spacious glazed balcony opens to an unobstructed lake landscape towards the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Winter-cottage with all the amenities of a lakefront. In the cottage upstairs and in the bedroom downstairs, double beds and a pull-out couch in the living room into a double bed. The house has a wooden sauna and a double bed. (Hot tub special fee). Gas grill and wood-burning grill can be found in the yard and can be seated under the lava. Easy to get around by public transit. A skating rink at Lake Vesanka in the winter and a bobsleigh. Frisbeerata Vesala Mondays 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Wide Mountain, 9 miles.

It is a cosy, over 80 year old fully equipped second home, an oldie naturally with some wear. Please note: 1. This unique and peaceful place is easy to enjoy for both business travellers and holidaymakers. The apartment is located on the first floor of the elevator house, but not on the ground floor. The contemporary apartment is equipped with sauna and glazed balcony, and the kitchen has necessary essentials. A heating pole carport right next to the outdoor door. In the yard you'll find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. To the bus stop about 50m, the beach is about 150m. Trails at the door.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.
