Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 km from the city center and 2 km close to a sandy beach. It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

The small integrated kitchen, your own bathroom, a TV and some additional facilities of the place won't disappoint you. From fresh coffee and some vegetables from our garden to some tips and recommendations from the locals, its all included. There's also plenty of space to park your car in front of the house.

You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.
