Condo holiday rentals in Lekki Phase 1

I recommend this place.. I will definitely do it again and again.. clean and lovely place with great service and security.

It was my families first trip to Lagos so it was important for us to feel comfortable and safe. I made a mistake in not asking for flexibility around when I could check into the apartment and realised my mistake at the 11th hour. I was able to find a solution for my family, however, even though the situation was my mistake, I wish that I was met with a more supportive response, in this respect, from Uchenna. Outside of this, Uchenna and her team made us feel very comfortable and well attended to. Her supervisor (Emerald) went out of her way late at night to come herself and fix a wifi problem we had at the apartment which was amazing of her. And any issues we had during our stay were immediately taken care of by Uchenna’s team, shout out to Mr Kingsley! The apartment itself was spacious, in a great location for enjoying Lagos and the estate is very secure with an amazing family feel- my son loved playing with the other kids in the playground! We loved it! Thank you!

Great Airbnb, Eugene was a fantastic help. Lateefah constantly checked in with guests. The apartment looks even better in person, nice rooms and kitchen, everything was well cleaned and the ACs / appliances work perfectly. The apartment is located in a very secure building. I would not classify this area as Lekki Phase I but more Ikate. Easy to get to VI, Ikoyi once you get past the busy T junction near the petrol station. The only thing I would mention is about the water pressure and slight stench from the water - but this is a Lekki problem so it is best to have bottled water and also Dettol on hand. Would recommend this AIRBNB to anyone staying in Lagos for a while. Again, big thanks to the porter Eugene and the gatemen who were always available and handy. Hopefully this review helps anyone looking to book.

Always felt right at home with everything. From the location to the environment and staff response to concerns, all was and still 100%. This is my second time and I damn sure will be back. Shout out to Muyiwa and the staff.

Martina's place is top-notch !!!!! This is my second home that I have booked with Martina as my host and it was absolutely amazing, comfortable, clean and peaceful once again!!!!!! Martina is certainly gifted in designing homes, providing a superior experience and making sure you have everything you need at your home away from home!!!!!! I love this cute and cozy 1 bedroom flat and I highly recommend you book it for your stay in Lagos!!!! It is also located in the perfect location and you can get to all the hot spots (restaurants, bars, clubs, pilates, etc) easily. Book with Martina you will love and enjoy!!!!! We can’t brag about this place enough! Gbolahan’s place is immaculate. From the time we arrived we were greeted with Nigerian Welcoming vibes. Mr. Tumi was available to answer questions and was very responsive to our questions and needs for assistance. The security staff was also amazing! There is also a few nice lounges nearby, Our favorite is in walking distance…like 50-80 steps away! If we could give this place a 20/20 we would! You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Joseph was a perfect host, communicating right from the outset throughout our entire stay. He went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. For example, knowing that WiFi in Lagos can be spotty, Joseph has not one, but two back up networks in the apartment! That’s dedication 😊

Fantastic place with a washing machine and own balcony

I had such a lovely stay at Dupe and Elizabeth’s flat in Lekki. It was my first time in Nigeria so I wanted to make sure I’d feel comfortable and at ease, and this place was perfect. The flat had everything we needed: 24/7 power and water, AC, Wi-Fi, a secure compound with friendly guards, and all the essentials. It really felt like a proper home away from home. The location was ideal too, right by Elegushi Beach, with beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the balcony. Essentials shops were within easy reach (and plenty of options on Glovo too), it was easy to get around thanks to the proximity to the express way, and the area outside the compound always felt lively and safe to walk through. What made the stay truly special were Dupe and Elizabeth. They were so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. I’d absolutely recommend their place to anyone visiting Lagos, especially if it’s your first time. You’ll feel well looked after and right at home.

Carpe's place was excellent. Very central, in Victoria Island, near alot of beautiful resturants, bars and lounges.. The communication of the host was excellent, he was very helpful and understanding. He wasnt there when we checked into the apartment as we arrived quite early. Notwithstanding he was in constant communication with us over the phone making sure we were well settled in and comfortable. The apartment was highly secure, and comfortable everything and anything you could have wanted in a house was made available. The interior was beautiful and extremely neat. The steward Jerimaiah, was very helpful and polite. Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, we truly felt at home. I would definitely recommened this apparment to anyone who wants to stay around VI and very ideal in accomodating families as it can house 6 persons.

The accommodation boasts a pleasant environment, secure location, and proximity to numerous eateries and amenities. The host is highly responsive, addressing all concerns in a timely manner. Timothy ensured a delightful stay. Having not visited Nigeria in over two decades, I felt at ease, experiencing minimal stress and an exceptional location. The apartment is spacious, clean and true to the pictures. There are lots of shops nearby and above all there is a beach to visit 5 minutes away, it is just wonderful , I enjoyed it , and the host was very careful , I will definitely come back!

I had an amazing day, I felt so safe. The apartment is very modern with all the required utilities. I wish I could have stayed five more months. The apartment is in a good estate with access code. Plus there is Parking included and it’s close to many beaches. The WiFi works fine. The checkin is so fast and cleaning 10/10! I came from paris and this trip was well need. Will come back

This Airbnb is my go-to spot in Lekki, located just off Nike Art Gallery Road. Initially, I had concerns about the internet, but King reassured me that all previous issues—along with any complaints from past guests—had been fully resolved. I had no complaints during my stay, and I’m already planning to return for a month-long visit. The apartment is lovely, private, and secure, with 24/7 electricity. King is such a wonderful host, which makes the experience even better.

The apartment was easy to find and modern. The estate is clean and I felt very safe. The pool and exercise room could use some Maintence . The apartment was clean with a good view. Any issues that arose the host worked to fix it. The only thing that concerned me is the tap water is brown and not drinkable and the bathroom had a sewer smell to it. I would suggest getting a water filter so the water is cleaner. Otherwise the apartment was clean and modern and very secure.

Host has excellent communication skills, always attentive and responsive. The Airbnb itself is luxurious and very spacious. The pictures accurately reflect how the apartment looks. The complex is highly secure, with multiple security checkpoints. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Airbnb.

My stay at this apartment surpassed my expectations. I’ve stayed at many good airbnbs in Lagos but this place right here is a gem! It’s the true concept of what airbnb is supposed to be, a home away from home. The host has impeccable taste with great decor and the apartment is fully stocked with needed household items. It’s secure, peaceful? with fast wifi and consistent electricity. By far one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in Lagos.

David was a great host and despite the issues we had regarding the changes in price increase before I got to Nigeria, he still managed to ensure we got our money’s worth. David understood my frustration with coming to a foreign country with many uncertainties and he went above and beyond to upgrade where we stayed and ensure if there was any issues, they were sorted within 24 hours. Despite all this, I would recommend staying here as David ensured we had the best time possible.
