House holiday rentals in Lemon Tree Passage

It was the perfect spot for a get away. So homely with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain. The rain on the roof was a dream to fall asleep to and the sun coming through the stained glass window above the door felt as if we were waking up in a fairytale. It held the quintessence of what you’d hope for in a hunter valley escape 100% want to go back.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you again for hosting us!

Delighted with our visit and stay, our host was very responsive and found some local recommendations inside the property when we arrived. My partner, myself and our dog found the space perfect, from the spacious living areas to the outdoors. The garden, pool and covered outdoor area was great (particuarly with a couple of downpours). Location was peaceful and also accessible to other neighbouring areas - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Port Stephens area.

Our second stay at fabulous Seal way and we had the best time. Lucked out with some fine weather after all the heavy rain and even did some stargazing on the first night around the outdoor fire pit. The only bad thing about this house is that you have to leave !!!! We will be back for sure Thanks so much

We had a great stay in Hawks Nest at Kristina’s place. The accomodation was stunning and perfect for a get away from Sydney. The doggo loved the space to be able run around in the garden. It really was the perfect set up to be able have some home cook nights in and also local to the shops is there was anything we need. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

TipTop accommodation. Clean, lots of space and kitchen with everything you need. Great little beach 2min away with fantastic snorkeling. We took our dog and he loved being on the veranda.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

Our stay was ideal for a family get together and to attend a wedding locally. Our hosts were very accomodating and friendly which made our arrival and departure easy. We were impressed with the property location, view, layout and everything that being at home provides. We didn’t need anything except our clothes and food. I would highly recommend staying at Curlew Sands, and we would definitely stay again. The price for the size and location was perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby cove was fun to paddle in on the stand up paddle boards provided, with a short walk to the shore. North Arm Cove is a peaceful suburb and there are some fire trails through the bush behind the house, but no coastal walks. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking very easy. We had fun using the billiard table and car racing simulator. It is a 20 minute drive to Coles, surf beaches, and excellent restaurants in Tea Gardens.

This is by far the best house I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was fully equipped, and there was an impressive variety of seasonings in the kitchen. Check-in was smooth and easy, and all my friends absolutely loved the place. The interior design is beautiful and stylish — every corner looks great in photos. It’s a perfect spot for group gatherings, and I’ll definitely choose this house again next time I visit Salamander Bay. Highly recommended!

Beautifully appointed, squeaky clean, comfy and light, this modern 2 storey home is a short walk from a lovely beach and sunsets. The local shops are a bonus, walking distance with everything we needed. It rained while we were there but the spa and fire pit looked inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at Marcus and Helen's property. The decor is absolutely lovely—thoughtfully chosen and welcoming, creating a real home-away-from-home vibe. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, including quality crockery and utensils. The furniture throughout the house was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. On top of all that, the location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had a wonderful weekend stay at Naomi’s place! The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large outdoor living area. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience even better. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach!

Our stay at Bella Vista was pure heaven. It’s been 10 days since we left and every day we have reminisced, scrolled through photos and contemplated when we can visit again! My son said today ‘I don’t want to go to school, why can’t we just live at Bella Vista!!’ This place was perfect for a family getaway. It was spacious, luxurious, peaceful and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great family stay at Andrew's. The house was clean, spacious, with an organised & equipped kitchen, nicely styled and was relaxing place for a weekend getaway.
