Asunnossa avara olohuone, kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni wc/kph. Lähin bussipysäkki 350 m, juna-asema 1,5 km (12 min Tampereelle) ja Ideaparkin palvelut noin 6 km päässä. Pirkkalan lentoasema 16km. Uimaranta ja koskikalastus lähellä. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyvät vähintään 2 yön varauksiin (1 yön vieraat tuovat omat tai saatavilla lisämaksusta).
