Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom original Michigan cottage on all sports devils lake. Very nice beach & swimming area. Bring your boat! Public access, and a room for your boat at the cottage. Beautiful panoramic views, an incredible location. Quaint, cozy, nostalgic, and true. 6-8 guests. 8 maximum. Basic pontoon boat already at the dock available to rent & use for additional cost.
