The ecological mini wooden house on the banks of the Enns was designed by the artist and mountain hiking guide Susanne Posegga and built by hand with love. The colors of the building reflect the landscape and the refined architecture makes the building appear much larger than it actually is. The sunny location right on the bank of the wild river overlooking the majestic peaks of the Gesäuse is unique. You can also dock kayaks directly at the property.

Immerse yourself in nature, recharge your batteries and enjoy peace and quiet. Your apartment is accessible via an external staircase and is in a quiet location, without hustle and bustle and noise. Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Waldhütte KOSAK | Secluded location on the Alm

Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wild and romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, just a short drive via a private forest road from Trofaiach. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing cozy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: Since May 2025 with shower & toilet!

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).

A special place for your nature adventure: our Mongolian yurt stands freely amidst meadows and forest. Here you experience the elements directly – sun, rain, wind, and sometimes storms. Our log cabin is located directly at the beginning of the hiking trail to the Lugauer (2217 m) in Radmer an der Hasel. It is accessible by car, has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living-dining area with a beautiful, large terrace. Surrounded by nature and with stunning views of a massive mountain backdrop, our cabin invites you to an unforgettable vacation.
