I had an excellent time and the house was a great respite after the day’s work. It was cozy, welcoming, and pleasant. The lock system on the door was great and the space itself was very comfortable.

Perfect little place for our visit. Love the back porch and the lovely sound of all the birds in the morning. We’ll be back!

Absolutely beautiful high end guest house on an amazing property with beautiful healthy horses visible in their stables. This is a beautiful serene place with lots of trees, land and fresh air. If you like horses, farms, country, this guest house is for you! Very clean and modern amenities with an old Southern charm. Lovely property, will definitely be back! 5 stars 🌟

Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful home! Well appointed in the inside and with all the hints of France, it reminded me of my stays in Lyon, Marseilles , Versailles and Paris! Since it was so hot, the outside didn’t lend itself to sitting on the deck and the cushions and deck and outside was a bit littered with leaves - we didn’t want to track in more than necessary. Your location was clean, quiet and convenient.

We were impressed when we entered, because the cottage was clean and well furnished. Traveling from Wilmington, NC to help my brother who was scheduled for surgery, we were very tired upon arrival. What a relief to be able to walk-in and feel right at home. Because we arrived close to 7 pm, Karen and Mark had left the cottage unlocked, but with a "Welcome" note on the table. The place is roomy with space to relax, a large kitchen that made meals easy to prepare, a washer & dryer that worked great, and bed linens that kept us cozy. The cottage is at the end of a long driveway and separated just enough to ensure privacy for us -- and for our hosts' family. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It has a couple of grocery stores that are easy to get to. Karen and Mark were very welcoming and responsive when we needed their help. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil property, this is the one! It is very secluded yet only 10 minutes from Publix and Walmart. I stayed during graduation weekend at FSU, and it was so nice to get away from the crowds in Tallahassee and return to this Oasis. I did have a brief encounter with a snake outside the suite—yikes! I'm sure it was harmless, but it still scared me; that's nature for you. The only negative thing, in my opinion, is that there is nowhere to put your clothes in Suite #2. No dresser, racks or hooks. The only place to hang clothes is next to the water heater in a small closet. Other than that, it was immaculately clean.

My stay was great! The accommodations were exactly what I needed. It was clean, great size, and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our weekend with our children while visiting FSU. It was nice having a clean, safe, and peacefully place to retreat to each night. Plus it was conveniently located near everything in Tallahassee. Sarah was an excellent host! Super responsive and friendly.

This was a really great bedroom for a good quiet night sleep. I will definitely look for this availability first on my future travels as I don’t really need anything but a quiet place to sleep and it’s great for the price.

Kathryn's tiny home was really quite wonderful. It's set-up very spaciously for a tiny home and well thought out. Was very clean and had some nice touches such as: a basket of snack crackers, a large bottle of water in the fridge, coffee maker with coffee available, PLENTY of towels and sheets, pillows, blankets, iron, hair curler.

We rented the carriage house and main house and were very pleased with both! The carriage house was clean, free of clutter, and peaceful. It was the perfect, peaceful cottage for my parents to stay while other family and friends shared the main house. We look forward to coming back soon!

I would definitely recommend this quiet place! It has been my favorite by far we have stayed at! Clean, easy to find, convenient location and Halsey was so kind when I needed a special accommodation!!!
