this is a gem in Leon! a beautiful house where you have all the amenities you can think of, all powered by a phenomenal host Pedro. Comfy beds, AC that you want during the 30+ degree weather, and loads of restaurants nearby. most importantly, easy to get to and easy to check in...I did with my left hand! honestly, if you're looking for your own place in Leon away from the congestion of the city centre, here's your gem. muchas gracias Pedro! I'll be back and will 100% stay here again! thank you for the recommendations as well

Jorge’s apartment is beautifully designed. It is a gem within Estelí. Totally recommended it for business or pleasure.

This was my second stay at this house. My family and I enjoyed our stay the first time we just knew that we would come back and stay again when we came back to Nicaragua. Toto was a great host always súper responsive. This place i would always recomend to people when visiting Nicaragua

Nos alojamos yo y mi familia por 1 noche ya que buscábamos relajarnos, y no nos decepcionamos. La playa súper agradable y enfrente de la casa, se hacían piscinas naturales por las rocas, la casa súper bien acomodada y la cuidadora súper atenta. Nos fascinó a mi y a mis hijos, definitivamente recomiendo y volveremos definitivamente en nuestras vacaciones.

Allan’s place was what I saw on the pics, very nice house, clean and well maintained. Easy to find, super easy to check in, Allan was very attentive all the time that I had a question or concern. Thank you Allan, I’ll be back in May for sure.

I would've loved to stay longer! We booked this home at the last minute because we were crossing borders in Central America and it was dark before we reached our planned destination. Rodolfo responded immediately and gave us a beautiful place to stay. His home is so lovely and the setting is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well in a secure environment. We really enjoyed our stay at Piero’s place! The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and is within walking distance to everything in Leon. We would come again!

We like to stay active. Having many amazing restaurants in a 500 meter radius is perfect. This is a super friendly neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and nearby, but never invasive. We are impressed with the hosts Uriel and Ivanova. Both of them speak English very well. Even had a chance to meet their kids. If you stay here, we highly recommend venturing another 600 meters up the road on a Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the friendly community that gathers around the pool decks at La Ensenada. You want to talk about your hidden gems?You instantly feel like part of the community. Entry is 100 Cords well spent. And the food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We did not find a bad place to eat in Esteli. And we tested all price ranges. Many amazing places are hidden. You might need to do some walking to spot them, however you can always ask Ivanova for some recommendations.

Nice studio since the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a wall. great place close to two restaurants and the Carretera al Sur groceries outlets. large parking space, felt very safe. The place is clean and eveything works. Geraldine is friendly and helpful. strongly recommended.

The apartment is big, beautiful spaces, very clean, and equipped with more than we need . we usually sleep in places who only has air conditioning, however we didint feel any probloem here, if you open the windows, its ok. nice wind coming in however , there is noise from the road early in the morning

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, konnten gut abschalten von dem stressigen Alltag mitten in der Natur und doch mitten im Leben von den Einheimischen. So lernt man die Kultur am besten. Zum Strand sind es nur paar Minuten, und zum unsere Frühstück Lokal (BlackPlaya) auch, ist noch leider nicht auf Google maps vermerkt aber es lohnt sich. Morgens wird man von Sonnenaufgang und Vögel zwitschern geweckt, sowie es kann sein das auch ne Kuh oder Pferde plötzlich da stehen :) Für uns war es eine tolle Abwechslung um Ruhe zu genießen. Danke:) Wir empfehlen es herzlich weiter.

Good location good host easy check in and good communication. The house is well equipped and lots of little extras like suntan lotion bug repellent and bug killer with washer and dryer. AC in the bedrooms was good. Only thing to note is that the bedrooms are not private from each other so you have to enter one bedroom through the other bedroom and for 2 couples it was not private. It would be ok for families.

Although we didn’t stay at Martha’s due to an unfortunate change of plans not allowing us to cross into Nicaragua from Costa Rica - she was very accommodating and understood that we may need to rebook. She was quick to reply and very kind - I will stay here once we make it into Nicaragua.

Maria was the kindest host. The place was serene and gorgeous- we felt right at home. She recommended the best restaurants in Managua and even Granada. The place was just as listed. Quiet at night, easy to locate, decorated with impeccable taste. We will definitely be back. Many thanks!

Great place to stay, the host are friendly and will do anything to help you out, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance, great local ice cream spot across the street. The location is well taken care of and the staff is friendly and profesional.
