I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Annie's place was such a beautiful place to stay, both inside and out! We hope to return! Barwon Heads is a wonderful town and a great location to explore the Bellarine and the Great Ocean Road and the house is right on the Barwon River, we loved having tea and looking out at the river from the couch. The house itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in - so well-equipped and beautifully presented and the pool is lovely and warm (a great place to swim if cold water swimming isn't your style). Annie was a great host, accommodating an earlier arrival time and with clear and friendly communication.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. One of the best accommodation places we have found in our travels! The attention to fine detail ticks every box. There is nothing we wanted for - from details such as paper towels and cling wrap, to ample glasses, great bedding and bathrooms and much more. The location is perfect - close to the CBD (by car or Uber) and the local shops and cafes are great. The facilities in the house couldn't be better. On a cold winters day it was just wonderful to put the heating on when we got home and feel the warmth very quickly.

A great place to stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provide clear and quick communication. Only wish we could’ve stayed for longer!

We had a wonderful time at Sue's place. She's a great host, the box of chocolates was a delightful surprise that my kids loved it. The house is tidy, clean and cosy we loved it and our three legged pooch too. The garden is a beautiful area where I loved drink my cup of coffee in the morning.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet with the Geelong waterfront only being a 20 mins drive away. Mina was a fantastic host—communicative, kind, and always available if we needed anything. It’s clear she takes great pride in making her guests feel comfortable and at home. Thank you, Mina, for such a memorable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Oliva is such a LOVELY host, we stayed for the Easter Weekend and she left us some hot cross buns and chocolate - how kind! The place is simply the cosiest, I love the sun pouring in through the kitchen and dining room. A beautiful home! I would definitely come back-highly recommend!

Lovely house in great location

Very clean, comfortable home. The heating was brilliant, kitchen was well resourced. We stayed with children and found it very comfortable.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks. We love it here. Jennie’s place has two supermarkets nearby. You can walk there. Jennie was very helpful the whole time. Jennie’s place has chopsticks. It is a surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at Janell and Nathan’s house, everything was as expected and the house was beautifully presented - clean, comfortable and with all the creature comforts of home! They were extremely accommodating and great to communicate with. The location was perfect too - only a very short drive to the beach and main shops, including pub, restaurants/cafes and shopping centre. It wouldn’t take long to walk there either. A fabulous stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Paul has a lovely and spacious house that is extremely well priced for the location - close to the town centre as well as many of attractions of the Bellarine Peninsula. Paul was an extremely accommodating and responsive host and we would recommend his place to everyone!

We have never stayed in such a well equiped place. Polly thought of everything. She was a friendly host ,we were living in her home and she did not have lots of rules. She trusted us to respect her home so we felt totally at ease. We will certainly return
