This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Very nice apartment, clean and with a view of the golf course. Relax and disconnect. NO PETS of any size; we're sorry but the owner is very allergic. The residential development has a pool. A 20-minute walk to La Antilla beach or a 3-minute drive. It has a covered parking space with elevator access to the apartment floor. Newly furnished house with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Shower in the bathroom.

Nice apartment 1 minute away from the beach

Simply perfect! This flat was amazing. It was spotlessly clean, inside and on the balcony, with everything we needed for a short break. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and bars just around the corner. The balcony views over Islantilla are even better than they look on the photo! We had quick responses from the very helpful host. We know the area very well but this was the first time we'd stayed in La Antilla, we were very impressed.

Casa do Carlos offers all amenities for a great family stay. It has many kitchen utensils (even has magic wand to pass soup). The outdoor space is brutal! A well-maintained garden. In the backyard for meals with protection for mosquitoes. Situation I have not seen mentioned in any comment. It was very helpful,we can enjoy family meals peacefully without being attacked by mosquitoes :) The beaches, and restaurants are close by. Carlos is very available and attentive. We really like it and advise.

Wonderful experience with Juan Bautista and Fabiola who were always pending. The only “pega” was the bed in the master bedroom (the bathroom) that was where I slept and too soft the mattress. End with your back dust but because I am delicate. Otherwise a 10. I felt cared for at all times and my kids were great.
