Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

Very well located accommodation with all the necessary amenities for a great stay. In addition, a few small attentions awaited me on my arrival🤩! Excellent!!

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Very good hospitality from Rydgie who is a friendly host. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area where you can rest easy. The pool with jets is a really big plus. I would highly recommend it.

We were 5 adults and stayed there for 15 days . The house:good living space, well equipped, clean, the bedrooms are large and air-conditioned,the mattresses are important for 1 good sleep and a good holiday are new and very comfortable. Well located in the center of the island. The only negative point also mentioned in other reviews of road car traffic nearby which did not bother us too much being absent during the day. Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems. Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for a person like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, faithful to the description, very well equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything to spend a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...).
