Situé au 4ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, calme garanti une fois arrivé, sur cour. Tout équipé pour un séjour confortable. Petite douche, parfaite pour des douches rapides et écoresponsables. Proche d’un magnifique cimetière arboré et de nombreux restaurants rue de Sevran et rue Saint Maur. Notez qu’il s’agit de l’appartement dans lequel je vis :)

Merci de noter que vous sejournez chez quelqu'un, ce n'est pas un appart-hôtel. Entrée autonome. Pas de wifi.

Our apartment has been completely renovated. It is very functional, bright and gives way to a large living room of 40 square meters with a fully equipped open kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. This charming two-room apartment of 65 square meters is located at the foot of Père Lachaise and benefits from large food shops and restaurants.
