Our apartment has been completely renovated. It is very functional, bright and gives way to a large living room of 40 square meters with a fully equipped open kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. This charming two-room apartment of 65 square meters is located at the foot of Père Lachaise and benefits from large food shops and restaurants.

Le jardin procure un air frais naturel parfait pendant les fortes chaleurs de l’été. Il est extrêmement bien situé dans Paris, à 100 m du métro. Le quartier est familial, vert et trendie, un des plus agréables de la capitale. La maison permet de dormir très bien au calme car elle ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur un passage privé réservé.
