Waterfront holiday rentals in Les Anses-d'Arlet

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The place is exactly as described and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the area. It offers privacy while being just a short drive from restaurants, stores, and the beach. The thoughtful extras like a cooler, chairs, snorkeling equipment, and a parasol making our beach days even more enjoyable.

You'll love living at Cédric's. The studio is beautiful, with beautiful large bedrooms, a well ventilated living space (feel like living outside) The massage chair is 5 stars after our days of great hikes. The really interesting little pool of water we took advantage of it. We were lucky enough to share a rum drink and coconut juice with our hosts. Cédric responds quickly to messages which we enjoyed. I will rent this studio again without hesitation

We had a great time at Monica's place! We enjoyed a very beautiful terrace with a beautiful view, immersed in nature. Monica is very responsive to messages, we were treated to a great welcome when we arrived! Thanks again for our stay:)

Nothing to say about the listing that is totally as described. Very well equipped, very clean, top bedding, mosquito nets... Welcome booklet with activities to do and Elise's favorites. Proximity to points of interest, views, direct access to the beach, breathtaking sunsets… Everything was perfect! Elise is ultra available and too friendly! If I come back to Martinique, I would definitely rent this place again! Thanks for doing your part to make this trip so wonderful!

The place was just as we expected and looks exactly like on photos. Right next to the BlackDiamond pool area. + Would recommend this. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It was quite close to most of the beautiful beaches and important areas and we had free access to the pool downstairs. Clement was super kind and responsive :) There are a lot of similar apartments right next to each other so if you’re looking for a quiet and private area this might not be for you. The kitchen is on the balcony and you have all that breathtaking view while having your meals or sipping your morning coffee. -Not really a quiet area. There were parties in the weekends and strangers from parties came up and were knocking on our door during the night sometimes. The music is very loud, but during the weekdays or when there aren’t any parties, it is quiet and kind of peaceful. We have read in reviews about the parties and we still decided that it would be okay for us. Thank you! :)

The apartment is tastefully and carefully decorated. Everything is of quality, as if you were in their apartment. Pretty linens, fluffy towels, antique decorative objects, mementos from travels... A real little cocoon. Carole and Eric are very accommodating. Thanks for this stay.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. The view of the ocean is a major asset it is a peaceful, quiet place where we can enjoy it. I highly recommend this listing

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Very nice stay at this beautiful villa. The place was clean, convenient, and friendly. What a beautiful relaxing place to spend several days there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

The house was absolutely stunning, just as described. We were greeted by the concierge with a welcome bottle of Rum which was a lovely surprise. The neighborhood was very cute and quaint with the a fabulous beach bar called Chill just a few meters walkable distance from the house. What I appreciated most is how responsive Fred was whenever I messaged him about a minor problem and he always had a solution and responded quickly. Overall I enjoyed my 7 day stay here in beautiful Martinique!

Loved our stay in Le Diamant. The deck area and pool at the house were so enjoyable and the view was stunning. It is well located to travel by car to all the various beaches and sights.

An excellent stay in a perfectly maintained villa and in accordance with the description. The welcome was warm, the communication fluid and professional from start to finish. A big thank you to the host for their availability and responsiveness. I will be happy to come back on a future trip, hoping to be able to repeat this wonderful experience in the best conditions!

Great stay at Christian's! The accommodation is very good, it's simple and efficient. Mitan Cove beach is within walking distance. Clean, easy to get to. I recommend it!

The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

A great, very clean place with an amazing view! A warm welcome with small gifts that make you extremely happy when you arrive. Welcoming and communicating with the Conciergerie is a real more responsive and attentive one. Thank you so much for the whole stay.

A very nice stay at David's. Everything was compliant and the view was just beautiful! A little noisy on weekends due to comic book events, but calm comes back around 10pm, otherwise it's peaceful.
