Not overlooked, with a 40 m2 terrace, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place and the spectacular view of the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguille du Midi and the Chamonix Valley. We have tastefully furnished the bottom of the chalet and provided all the comforts necessary for you to have a pleasant stay in summer or winter.

Very quiet place, close to Bourg St Maurice (5 km) towards Chapelles on the Versant du Soleil. Possibility of hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking from the chalet. The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
