Il comprend une grande chambre avec 4 couchages, une salle de bain privative + WC, une cuisine extérieure, accès piscine bordé une grand espace de vie extérieur. Situé à 8 min de la voie rapide et à 10 min de la plage d’étang salé. Belles balades dans le quartier, et circuits pour les amateurs de vélo et trail.
