The TGV train station is 10 minutes away, halfway between the Morvan and the Burgundy vineyard. The 70 m2 accommodation is located in the extension of the owners' house and offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. This small picturesque house is located in the municipality of Montcenis, on the edge of the countryside, 10 minutes from the TGV train station, and the Combes Tourist Park. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open to a living room, veranda and bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms in a row with a large bed and two 90 cm beds. Access to the upper floor is via a narrow and steep staircase, and is not recommended for people with limited mobility. Parking with lockable gate.
